What We Achieved

• 30,000 square feet of Cat-A office space
• Inviting and sophisticated reception refurbishment
• Design that attracts tenants from tech to corporate financial services to fitness
• Improved building accessibility for all users

The success of this project led to Thirdway undertaking the refurbishment works on building 1 and building 2 within the Moretown campus, with the addition of the ground floor CAT A+ design to the recently vacated demises.

We delivered a refreshed scheme that ties in with existing design elements from around the campus. Working with natural textures, corals and sage greens to bring warmth to the design.

The aspiration was to create a welcoming home to existing and future tenants alike, which is exactly what we achieved. New breakout furniture provides a space to socialise or co-work within the large reception space, celebrating the impressive central atrium.
