This thoughtfully designed fit out blends visually striking design with functional amenities, creating a space that puts tenant experience at the forefront. With rich tones and daring colours this space pushes the boundaries of modern commercial design, ultimately redefining the standard for CAT A+.

Creating a 'best in class' workspace

In designing this space, we took inspiration from the wider interiors industry, with premium materials and finishes and bold colours, materials and finishes. These choices allow the space to feel and look more so like an exclusive members club, over a commercial office building, ensuring it stands out from the market. With rich tones of burgundy and scarlet, alongside luxurious woods seeded throughout, the space presents a modern take on commercial fit-outs, stepping away from more conventional and ‘careful’ design choices.

With an ever-increasing requirement for workspaces to be more than just a desk and chair, our goal was to create a ‘best in class’ co-working space that is functional as well as inventive in its design – the use of visually striking finishes such as the tiling as well as distinct biophilic design, further cements this ambition. With creativity and trend lead design choices at the forefront of this project, the space is a striking example of what retrofits can achieve.

Functional Flexibility

In the shared demise it was important that the space balanced flexibility and function to provide the ideal environment for collaboration. We achieved this by creating flexible meeting spaces that could change to be larger or smaller with movable partitions, as well as choosing stylish foldable tables and stackable chairs to accommodate this flexibility. Alongside this the space is equipped with 16 open plan workstations, and private nooks for informal and/or smaller gatherings. These varied and agile workstations and meeting rooms are tailored toward the modern, mixed-mode workers’ requirements and ensure practicality for a wide-range of needs.

Alongside this,  the creation of ‘The Press’ business lounge explores the idea of flexible and agile working environments. This business lounge utilises the design and feeling of a ‘members club’, providing an exclusive space for tenants and stakeholders alike, balancing flexibility with function, and creating an ideal environment for collaboration.
