An eclectic Cat A fit out for Clerkenwells creative community

  • Interiors

Our task here was to design and build 6,000 sq ft of Cat A space nestled in the city’s creative community of Clerkenwell. Creating maximum impact to attract new occupiers was the brief.

And that’s exactly what we achieved.

The eclectic, teal-sprayed mechanical services beautifully stand out from a neutral backdrop, whilst the terrazzo poured floor and white oak finishes in the kitchen area introduce a classy feel. Living up to its renowned design district location, if we do say so ourselves.

Contemporary, and bespoke, boxed LED strip lights playfully brighten the space whilst juxtaposing against raw materials such as concrete and brick.

The characterful external façade required planning permission given the building is in the conservation area – something that wasn’t too much of a challenge with our proven track record of always delivering the outcome our clients need.

The result is a high-end feel that stands out from other Cat A’s in the area due to its eclectic, yet classy, feel. All that’s left now is for a tenant to move in and call it home.
