12 Henrietta Street

Creating a destination. Members only vibes for Freedman International

The task was to fit out a 4,800 sq ft Cat B space, at 12 Henrietta Street in the heart of Covent Garden. A space that could be called home, with a welcoming members lounge vibe, brimming with personality.

Celebrating the beautiful raw finishes

It’s always music to our ears when a client wants to be brave with colours and textures. Celebrating the beautiful raw finishes of the existing building was a must, but adding contrasting finishes complemented this perfectly.

The team have created a space reminiscent of premium residential and members club design. Quirky linear lighting, exposed brickwork and strategically placed booths for hot desk style working.

Another request and key element for their London office, was the ability to support collaboration and flexible working. The suggested design proposed collaboration zones that were adaptable to fit the needs of the business day by day, with the ability to break down to create an open plan space for people to come together as a larger group to co-work and celebrate company culture.

The result is a high-end space that has all the home comforts and flexibility that they needed, with an air of exclusivity. The space perfectly complements the team’s way of working. Flexible, intuitive and constantly evolving.
