We are incredibly excited to share a defining moment in our journey: we’ve secured a new headquarters at 224 St John Street, EC1. Working in partnership with Paloma Capital, we will be taking the entire 21,000 sq ft building in the heart of Clerkenwell, London’s historic creative district.
The building will undergo a complete transformation over the next year, and we are thrilled to be delivering the Architecture, Design & Build, Furniture and Technology solutions, as well as taking a position within the building’s ownership structure.
Our ambitious refurbishment will reinstate a context appropriate, materially rich façade and reconfigure the interior from top to bottom. We will apply the full breadth of our creative, technical, sustainability, and delivery know-how to create a workplace that embodies our design philosophy: a home for the office, and a place people ‘get’ to go to, not have to. This is a huge creative and technical challenge, but these are the kinds of challenges that energise us — this is where we do our best work.
The decision to invest in such an ambitious, complex project reflects our ongoing growth and aspiration. From our humble beginnings in a 500 sq ft on St John’s Lane in 2009, to now building a flagship HQ for our 200-strong team, this next chapter places our people right at the centre.
The building is scheduled for completion in Q2 2026.
