Leading the team is Duncan, our Tailored Director, who brings deep experience in landlord-led delivery, and a practical understanding of what makes commercial projects succeed in the real world. Which allows the Tailored team to deliver at scale for both landlords and occupiers.

Duncan has over 20 years of experience in the fit-out market in cost and delivery, gaining a well-rounded background in the industry. Starting in pre-construction before moving into delivery, Duncan oversees teams delivering projects up to £30 million. He is a strong communicator with a dedication to perfection and continued customer service.
Utilising all his experience and know-how, Thirdway has been able to provide its clients with a wide variety of solutions to meet unique requirements at a time when there was a huge amount of uncertainty across so many different sectors.
We have built the Tailored team around him and his expertise, creating a team that's comfortable delivering at scale across complex, technically demanding projects, with a single team and a single point of contact from start to finish. Team Tailored's approach is upfront and transparent, with no hidden costs or shifting scope, while still moving quickly to help assets get to market sooner without compromising quality.
Tailored exists to support complex programmes, tight timescales and competing commercial pressures. Understanding the realities of return on investment, tenant appeal, asset lifecycle strategy and the need for certainty throughout the process.
